If the client and we agree that an engagement has merit, we will structure a project-oriented or retainer based relationship that meets the needs of the client and our firm. Compensation may take the form of cash, cash plus equity and/or success fees.  Generally speaking, we have considerable flexibility and recognize that every client has different needs.
